Product Exchange Policy
- A product can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date
- The goods must be in sealable form
- Goods must have a valid receipt
- Exchanges are only valid for goods purchased
- The customer must also pay freight charges
Unfortunately, Perfume Empire cannot exchange or refund if the customer is not happy with the scent or the fragrance or any personal taste issues associated with purchase.

To facilitate the returns of goods process customers are asked to adhere to the following procedures:
No perfume is allowed to be returned without prior consultation and authority with the Perfume Empire customer service team.

If and only when arrangements are made with staff, returns are to be sent via normal Australia post unless otherwise specified.
